Unsettled has been some time coming, but a short film I co-wrote with with Simon Conroy is now in post-production, due to be released later this year. This is the first promo shot for it, and it certainly makes me very excited to see the final cut.
It is exciting seeing this idea go from late night Facebook chats, starting with a basic premise of “babysitter horror” via a number of silly tongue-in-cheek plot ideas, before eventually settling on a plot we were happy with, then to casting a fantastic cast, pre-production and filming. Now at post-production, every day sees it come closer to the finished article, with amazing sound, design and editing bringing it all together. I’m seriously impressed by the talented people working on this.
